Ladies and gentlemen,
I am proud to announce the incoming introduction of the Hippy Patriot Act in the USAss.
As of Monday 42nd February 2008 A.D., all foreign travelers and hippies arriving at Chicago O’Hippy Airport or any other damn US airport will have their hands cut of and then sent either to Guantanamo for 5 years or to Italian Parliament for 5 days. [The travelers, not their hands.]
Any passenger found of not being a terrorist at all after having served the "precautionary freedom limitation with fries", will be provided with a free daily supply of Cheeseburgers and freedom fries for 20 years.
No Censorship Please

Grazie

Whilst you read this post, you are invited to think about Giuliano Ferrara in a bathtub, with Berlusconi and Dell’Utri pissing on him, Previti who shit into his mouth and Santanchè whipping them all in a SM outfit.
Thank you.

Some incredible and terrible thinks happened yesterday in Italy, and not a single Italian newscast mentioned a word.
One of the most brilliant Italian comedians, Daniele Luttazzi, has been banned from TV for the second time.
He was still working on the sixth (out of ten) episode of his latest show, to be aired yesterday night.
His show has been stopped at the last minute and the real reason is not to be known. Luttazzi tells that he was still editing the episode yesterday evening (he had to complete the work on it for some legal reason) when people from the tv station broke into the editing room trying to stop their work. They only left after Luttazzi’s lawyer told him that the police was entitled to intervene.
It also appears that all the show recordings (past an future episodes) have been deleted.
And not a single word on a newscast (only some line on the newspaper).
Italy is not pizza mafia mandolino.
Italy is a dictatorship and it is my opinion that things have become even worse after Berlusconi and the right have lost the elections.
If some free country is disposed to hand me out its nationality, please drop me a line O_____O

A banner on a Chilean underground website got my attention this morning. The text: "neutralidad si". The link: www.neutralidadsi.org.
Please do not look on your local newspapers or on Google news - you won’t find a single f****** line in the news.
It looks like on October 11th, the Chilean "Cámara de Diputados" has approved a project to ensure the neutrality of the Internet. The initiative has still to be approved by the Chilean "Senado", but this is a quite interesting news to me.
It is my understanding that the contents of this project is similar to a discussion being held in the United States. Nevertheless, it states that “the internet provider should restrict their themselves only to provide the access and not to allowing privilege or to hinder the access to some content”.
Quite the opposite to what our dear Italian politicians are trying to do. No wonder you won’t find it on the news.

I have been working with Eclipe/CDT and the Qt integration and it’s pretty cool.
Eclipse became my favourite Java IDE when I started working on a big Java project some time ago and, althought I still feel it is pretty slow and overbloated, I still like it.
The Qt integration works pretty well - even with complex Qt projects.
I could not manage to make it work with gdb yet but who cares… I have a buggy gdb so there is no way I can debug on Linux right now *___*

Some disgusting "reporter" working for the second Italian national television, together with two rotten politicians (one from the left and one from the right side of the National Dump) were claiming that "television has invaded politics". If you don’t know about free speech and freedom of information here in Italy, and about what is going on in these in these weeks (or rather years), then you won’t understand, sorry.
Nevertheless, this one sounds new to me. It’s almost better than comparing Beppe Grillo’s V-Day initiative to terrorism. Thank you Maurizio Martinelli, I love you.

I hate it when I realize I have spent 1 hour finding a bug that is more stupid than an aubergine playing Peter Griffin.
Btw. I have fixed a couple of bugs in the movida import wizard and multiple movies are now being parsed (and previewed) correctly. Check out the SVN or the latest development snapshot on the website.
May the nabaztag/tag be with you.
